Amherstburg Dental welcomes our new Dental Assistant, MAX, who will be helping us improve how we communicate with our patients; making it much simpler and easier!

We will be able to text message you on your mobile device and email you much more easily to schedule and remind you of your upcoming dental visits, outstanding planned dental work and when you are due for your next recare or cleaning here at Amherstburg Dental.

MAX will be able to help you make you're dental appointment from your tablet, computer or smart phone while you're on the go with a just few clicks.

Also, if there are any updates to any documentation, insurance, or medical forms that are required, MAX will be able to have you fill out or update these forms online, ahead of time, from your mobile device or computer, before you even visit us. Then MAX will be able to update this in your chart before you arrive to the dental office. This saves you time and minimizes your time here in the dental office. And at all times MAX safeguards all your confidential information while making your entire clinical experience better.

ALL the Dentists at Amherstburg Dental NOW PARTICIPATE in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Now that the program has been more normalized, we are all participating. The goal of this program is to provide dental care to ALL patients in Canada who do not have dental insurance. We will be moving away from programs in the near future like Accerta that do NOT provide patients with sufficient benefits for dental treatment. We encourage patients that have inferior government sponsored programs like Accerta to apply for the CDCP. We may not be able to treat you if you have insufficient government coverage other than CDCP.
