Good Day Everyone,
I would like to share some pictures from the 2012 12th Annual Polar Bear Dip. Our own assistants from Amherstburg Dental Family Dentistry willingly participated this past January 28th as the ‘Dental Divas’ and here are some photos. Dr. Zeljko Veselinovic, Dr. Jerri Ann Buxton, Dr. Sal Peralta and all of us at Amherstburg Dental Family Dentistry are proud to support such a worthy cause like ChildCan. Childcan helps children and their families cope with the diagnosis of cancer by helping meet emotional, financial, social and basic needs ensuring the child remains the sole focus as they face this journey known as Cancer. 175 dippers took the plunge this year and raised a total of $71,000.00! Our own Dental Divas raised $ 450.00 for the cause. Special thanks to Dr. Sal Peralta, Carl Bernat of Henry Schein, and Dr. Zeljko Veselinovic for their kind donations.

We NOW PARTICIPATE in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
Until the Government fixes all it's hiccups, we will be participating in a limited fashion for now.
But at least it's a step forward to helping all Canadians with this new program while also being fair to our existing patients.
The goal of this program is to provide dental care to ALL patients in Canada who do not have dental insurance.
